About the HEPARIN
The heparin used under the protocol of the USP (United State Pharmacopea), meets the monograph standards for heparin in terms of appearance, identification, dry weight, pH, solubility, concentrations of heavy metals, sulfuric ash, proteins, nitrogen and pyrogens.
It has a potency of 165 μl / mg, so that the content of at least 2 USP units in 80 μl ensures an effective anticoagulant concentration (10-20 ml / ml of blood).
STORAGE
Heparinized tubes resist any type of environment, It should not exceed 50 ° C temperature.
The anticoagulant activity exceeds 20 months.
